✦ TERMS OF SERVICE [VIETNAMESE] ✦

general✦ mình sẽ sửa tổng cộng 3 lần miễn phí, sửa hơn 3 lần sẽ tính phí. Những lỗi sửa mình sẽ không tính phí/lần:
lỗi anatomy
chi tiết thiếu sót, chi tiết vẽ sai
sai về màu sắc
✦ toàn bộ process sẽ được gửi với watermark nhỏ.
✦ commission sẽ được gửi qua email gồm 1 bản có watermark và không có watermark.
✦ mình có thể từ chối nhận commission nếu thấy không phù hợp.

✦ mình gửi bảng giá chính thức tại thời điểm xác nhận commission của bạn
✦ Sau khi xác nhận đặt commission, bảng giá áp dụng và thỏa thuận không thay đổi.
✦ mình sẽ xác nhận tổng chi phí commission rõ ràng, có liệt kê thành phần chi tiết.rough sketch > clean up / clean sketch > lineart > base color > coloring > extra detail / final details
(tùy loại commission sẽ không có / có vài giai đoạn được ghi ở trên
VD: commission sketch sẽ không có giai đoạn coloring)-
extra✦ cả mình và bạn đều không có quyền phân phối, in ấn và sử dụng commission cá nhân phi thương mại cho mục đích thương mại, bất kể nội dung commission đó là gì.
✦ mình mặc định sẽ sử dụng commission làm sample và có quyền đăng tải lên mạng xã hội với điều kiện: giảm chất lượng tranh, chèn watermark, ghi nhận credit khách là chủ sở hữu commission.
✦ bạn có thể yêu cầu commission được private, toàn bộ quá trình và thành phẩm sẽ không được đăng tải dưới mọi hình thức.
✦ mình không có quyền in ấn commission dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào nếu chưa được sự đồng ý.
✦ bạn có quyền tự in ấn commission cho mục đích cá nhân miễn không đính kèm đồng thời với các hoạt động thương mại.

general✦ i will fix the commission for free a total of 3 times, any fix after the 3rd will be charged. errors that i will not charge / time:
anatomy error
missing details, details i mess up
wrong color picking
✦ the whole process will be sent with small watermark.
✦ commission will be sent via email including 1 copy with watermark and without watermark.
✦ i can refuse to receive commission if i find it unfitting.

✦ after confirming the commission, the applicable price list and the agreement remain unchanged.

extra✦ both parties have no right to distribute, print and use non-commercial personal commissions for commercial purposes, regardless of the commission content.
✦ By default, i will use commission as a sample and have the right to post it on social networks with the following conditions: reduce the quality of the picture, insert the watermark, credit the guest as the owner of the commission.
✦ you can request the commission to be private, the whole process and the finished product will not be posted in any way.
✦ i do not have the right to print commissions in any form without consent.
✦ you have the right to print the commission for your own personal use as long as it is not associated with commercial activities.

neither party may use commissions for purposes related to AI generated art/NFT!!!you can post my commission in any prefered format, the least i need included is my artist tag in either the art / caption.
